As a key project of Guangdong Province, Yaofei Film and Television City is located in Yonghe Town, Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County. With its unique ethnic culture and tourism resources, it has become the only characteristic ecological scenic spot among film and television cities and health towns in the country. The total planned area of the entire tourist area is 666.67 hectares, and the total investment is expected to be as high as RMB 4.67 billion. Phase I of the project has obtained the provincial key project registration on November 24, 2022 (project code: 2211-441825-04-01-547544), providing strong support for local economic development and employment.
Juwei Group, together with the Lianshan County Government, has not only solved the problem of idle housing for local farmers through the Yaofei Film and Television City project, but also transformed it into a homestay for rent through unified rectification, which has promoted the income of local farmers. At the same time, the project has also released surplus labor and injected new vitality into the rural economy. The construction of Yaofei Film and Television City is a strong response of Juwei Group to the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Rural Homestays" jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and other ten departments, and it is also a concrete practice of the rural revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
